Step #5 - Finding a Home You Will Truly Love
Now the fun begins... finding a home that you will truly love!
We provide a variety of ways to help you find your dream home, and, thanks to the latest technology you can do most of your searching from the comfort of your current home.
1. You can begin searching for homes right away with our Atlanta Home Search tool.
2. Tell us about your ideal home and then we will send you email notifications every time homes are put on the market that match your search criteria.
3. If you prefer a more personal touch, let's meet at my office and get acquainted. I will ask you some questions, listen to your answers, carefully review your list of wants and needs, and then show you every home on the market that matches your search criteria, including color photos, virtual tours, and detailed descriptions of each home. I will also show you a list of foreclosures and other great deals, so you can choose the perfect home for you at the absolute best price possible.
Step #6 - Viewing and Choosing a Home
You may find dozens of homes that appear to meet most, if not all, of your wants and needs. This can seem overwhelming at first. While we will be happy to show you every property on your list, many of our clients prefer to drive by the best homes to inspect the neighborhoods and the exterior of the properties before they schedule a time to view the inside of any houses. If you don't like the neighborhood or if the exterior of the home doesn't appeal to you, then you can remove many homes from your list right away and avoid having to schedule a showing and walk through a house that will not meet your needs.
Now that you have narrowed down your list, it's time to start viewing the inside of the best homes on your list. Give us a call and we will schedule a private showing so you can see each home at a time convenient to you without the seller or the seller's agent following you around and looking over your shoulder.
